About Oliver

I am an assistant psychologist working in neurorehabilitation, supporting individuals living with traumatic brain injury, neurological conditions, and complex mental health challenges.

My background spans multiple roles within neurorehabilitation and brain injury services. Through my experiences, I have developed a strong appreciation for the cognitive, emotional, physical, and identity-related challenges that can accompany brain injury.

I hold a degree in psychology, a master's degree in mental health, a postgraduate certificate in psychedelics, and certification in somatic psychedelic integration.

I have conducted qualitative research exploring psychedelic experiences in individuals with brain injury. My interests focus on understanding the role of psychedelics in neurorehabilitation, neuroplasticity, recovery, and integration following neurological injury.

Neuropsychedelics was founded from a recognition that people with brain injury and neurological histories are already navigating psychedelic experiences, often with limited access to information, neuro-informed discussion, or specialist support. Emerging survey findings suggest that many individuals with brain injury are independently exploring psychedelics, highlighting the need for careful education, research, and informed integration resources.

Through Neuropsychedelics, I bring together research synthesis, research-informed articles, and integration support grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and neurorehabilitation.
